This educational webinar from Parent to Parent NYC addresses the special ed transition known as “the cliff.”
“What Happens After High School?” will feature a panel that includes an occupational therapist, a special education professional, and a parent advocate. It will explore the transition to adulthood for children and youth with special health needs.
Spanish and ASL interpretation will be available, and the session will be recorded.
